5. General tasks entrusted to the Lisbon Network in the framework of the activity programme of the CEPEJ
§ The Lisbon Network advises the CEPEJ on issues related to judicial training
§ The Lisbon Network uses the works of the CEPEJ in its judicial training programmes.
§ The Lisbon Network evaluates the pertinent CEPEJ instruments within the judicial training institutions
6. Specific task entrusted to the Lisbon Network: Experimentation of the handbook for conducting satisfaction surveys aimed at court users in the Council of Europe Member States

§ Presentation
§ Implementation of a committee for the coordination of works related to the handbook for conducting satisfaction surveys aimed at court users (CEPEJ-RL-CC)
Task : to coordinate and collect information on the activities of the Lisbon Network regarding the practice of the satisfaction surveys; each member of the committee will be entrusted with the responsibility to collect information regarding a certain number of States (groups of States to be defined)
Frequency: meetings are organised as necessary
Composition : 6 members

7. Organisation of future works and structure of the Lisbon Network
a. Plenary meetings of the Lisbon Network (CEPEJ-RL)
§ Frequency : a plenary meeting, once every two years
§ Composition : each Member State may send a representative of the training institution for judges and a representative of the training institution for prosecutors, if need be
§ Observers
b. Implementation of a pilot committee (CEPEJ-RL-CP)
§ Task: establish links with the CEPEJ, provide working directions for the Lisbon Network, suggest a work programme
§ Frequency: one meeting every year
§ Composition: 4 members, proposed by the Member States and appointed for one year by the CEPEJ’s Bureau.
c. Implementation of a committee for the coordination of works related to the handbook for conducting satisfaction surveys aimed at court users (CEPEJ-RL-CC) (Please see point 6 above)
