For 2011,
the Committee of Ministers entrusted the CCPE with the task to draft an opinion on the
relationships between prosecutors and prison administration,
in particular in the light of the Recommendation
Rec(2006)2 on the European prison rules. The draft opinion will be
submitted for adoption at the 6th plenary meeting of the CCPE, on 24 and
25 November 2011 in Strasbourg.
Working group
The working group in charge
of preparing Opinion No. 6 will meet twice: on 17 and 18 March 2011 in
Strasbourg and on 4 and 5 July 2011 in Rome (Italy), subject to
confirmation. The working group is composed as follows:
