European Conference of Judges and Prosecutors : the relationship between Judges and Prosecutors

 Organised by the CCPE and the the CCJE in co-operation with the "Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature" (ENM), the European Conference of Judges and Prosecutors
met in Bordeaux (France) from 30 June to 1 July 2009 on the theme "Exercise of the missions of judges and prosecutors : complementarity and/or autonomy".
The results of this Conference have been used as a basis of preparatory works for the 2009 opinion to be adopted by the CCJE and the CCPE on the same topic.
