In the framework of the celebration of the 10th
anniversary of
Recommendation (2000)19, the Italian High Council
for the Judiciary is organising a Study seminar on the
statute and actions of the public prosecution. This
seminar will be followed by a roundle table entitled "Recommendation
19 of the year 2000: 10 years after its approval: topics
and perspectives. The Italian judiciary and judicial
system at the time of reforms." The members of the CCPE
working group entrusted with drawing up Opinion No. 6 on
the relationships between prosecutors and prison
administration will participate in this two events.
