Overall objective:
To support the interpretation and application of legal provisions related to human rights and fundamental freedoms in line with the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and its related case law.

Project purpose:
To improve the knowledge and implementation capacity of military judges and prosecutors and legal counselors at Ministry of National Defense (MoND) and Turkish General Staff (TGS) on the European Convention on Human Rights, and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) by the end of 2012.
