| Legal expertise of the Draft Code on Administrative Offences of Georgia | ||||
The
Legal Expertise was conducted on request of the Ministry of Justice of the
Republic of Georgia with a view to ensuring the administrative offences legal
framework which would be in line with the relevant European standards and best
practices. The Justice and Legal Co-operation Department organised in March 2012
a follow-up discussion of the recommendations proposed by the Council of Europe
in the expertise, with the involvement of all official stakeholders, as well as
