Annual report of the Public Defender on the protection of human rights and freedoms in Georgia for 2011
On 30
April the Georgian language edition of the 2011 annual report of the Public
Defender of Georgia (PDO) on the protection of human rights and
freedoms was finalised and printed. The report will be distributed by the PDO to
governmental and non-governmental organisations. The English translation and
publication of the report is planned for June 2012. This assistance to the PDO
was provided under the framework of Denmark’s Georgia Programme 2010-2013
“Promotion of Judicial Reform, Human and Minority Rights.”
