- A second regional seminar on cross-border cooperation took place in Budapest on 30 June 2014. The seminar
was jointly organised by the Council of Europe and the Central European Service for Cross-border Initiatives (CESCI).
The purpose was to improve the understanding of participating countries (Croatia, Hungary, Serbia and Slovenia) of the opportunities offered by Protocol No 3 to the European Outline Convention on Transfrontier Co-operation between Territorial Communities or Authorities concerning Euroregional Co-operation Groupings (ECGs) and to promote the ratification of the Protocol.
Moreover, the Manual on Removing Obstacles to Cross Border Cooperation has been published online.
