Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Local and Regional government
 

Every two to three years, in collaboration with a host member state, a Conference of European Ministers responsible for local and regional government is held. These sessions provide ministers the opportunity to discuss the latest local government topics and identify action to be taken for a future European direction.
