Activities in 2011

International colloquy entitled "Transparency and public ethics: a challenge to democracy", 30 June - 1 July, was organised, in co-operation with the City of Strasbourg, the University of Pau and the French National Centre for Local Public Service (CNFPT).  
International conference entitled “Is there a European model of local administration” organised, 25 November organised under the patronage of the CoE Secretary General, Thorbjorn Jagland – presentation of the Centre’s activities and the European Label ELOGE

Previous activities

The Centre has developed close cooperation with several French partners, in particular with the National Institute for Territorial Studies (INET), offering training based on the Centre's tools and co-organising seminars) and the Observatory for Local Government Performance (OPPALE). Several joint events (workshops, international conferences and training sessions) have been organised.
