The second regional workshop took place from 28-30 October 2008 in Bratislava (Slovak Republic). Participants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (both the Federation of BiH and Republika Srpska), Moldova, Montenegro and Kosovo* as well as other countries from outside South-Eastern Europe (Turkey, Armenia) were invited.
