spring and autumn, prior to the meetings of the Executive Council.
The
Permanent Represenative of Greece to the Council of Europe, Ambassador
Athanassios Dendoulis is the Chair and Ambassador Margaret
Hennessy (Ireland) is the Vice-Chair.
