Conference on current issues in higher education in the world

Bilkent University, Ankara, 3 December 2007

Initiated by the Council of Higher Education of Turkey and supported by the Council of Europe and Bilkent University, this conference brought together rectors and vice-rectors of higher education institutions of Turkey and international experts.
The conference provided participants with a solid overview of the main current issues in higher education and allowed ample opportunities for discussion.

It was hosted by professor Ihsan Dogramaci, Founder of the Bilkent University and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, at the Bilkent University, Ankara on 3 December 2007.
