European Workshop: „Living together: Citizenship and Community Cohesion“ Brimington (United Kingdom), 18-22 January 2010

CONTEXT The seminar explores the development of citizenship as a means of promoting identity and community cohesion in schools and beyond. It analyses the potential of the Living Together teaching materials as stand alone citizenship resources and as a framework for the discussion of shared interests through trans-national school partnerships. It also looks at recent work in schools locally on community cohesion and assessed its impact.
