This meeting will gather representatives of the European Environment Agency (EEA), the European Topic Centre on Biological Diversity (ETC/BD) and the Secretariat of the Bern Convention. It aims at discussing the implementation of the enhanced Memorandum of Cooperation between the EEA and the Council of Europe.
