Which objectives?

1. To promote through heritage education a sense of common cultural heritage in Europe as a factor of mutual understanding and cohesion.

2. To create or strengthen cooperation networks for heritage education in Europe with a view to:

facilitating the exchange of information and good practices;

elaborating guidelines and common standards;

offering further training opportunities for actors in heritage education;

building transnational projects to be experimented under the auspices of the Council of Europe and the European Union.

3. To implement, through further training initiatives, the heritage education process introduced by the Faro Framework-Convention on the Value of Cultural Heritage for Society.
