By selecting a theme of this year „Cultural heritage – knowledge and skills” the State Inspection for heritage protection particularly emphasise the achievements, knowledge and skills of owners, restorers, craftsman, conservators and education specialist thus recognizing the inspirational success.
The cultural heritage is a common value – a source of knowledge and inspiration, while it`s care and preservation for future generations requires knowledge and skills.
This is the reason, why the State inspection would like to stress the importance of education and research, the need of recall the traditional skills as well as looking for innovative technologies. Also mutual experience exchange and training of young professionals is of highest importance.
