1976 -1978 Studies painting at Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst Basel.
1978 -1980 Studied at the Art Institute of San Francisco.
Painting with Bob Hudson and Mary Heilmann, African-American History with Angela Davis.
Lives in Berne, Switzerland.
