Committee of Ministers

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities recently adopted
Recommendation 246 (2008) on the “Social approach to the fight against racism at local and regional level”.
Commissioner for Human Rights

for example, Muslims are discriminated against in Europe.
European Court of Human Rights
The European Court of Human Rights has a key instrument for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms namely the European Convention on Human Rights. Article 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights prohibits discrimination in the enjoyment of the rights guaranteed by the Convention. Find out more
