Discussions in the workshop also continued during coffee and lunch breaks, as well as in the evenings, this being a signal that cooperation among participants was initiated.

3.1 The programme followed the Agenda as prepared for the training by the Tarna Rom team si Mariana Buceanu in cooperation with dr.Frunza .
Discussions on asserting the present situation of access to public health services and work on future activities took more time than initially scheduled, but the facilitators accommodated the need to further discuss them with the need to achieve all objectives.

No significant comments.
5. EVALUATION
5.1 Trainers’ assessment – on achievement of the training course objectives

All the course’s objectives were met, as also stated by the informal evaluation of the degree of meeting the objectives of the workshop, done at the end of the last session. According to participants, the second objective (knowledge on principles, public comunication,sanitary mediation and work in team with local authorities,healthy lifestyle,the rol of social protection ) was the most important to them. The scores obtained by the other two objectives are significantly close, so we can assume that all objectives were satisfactorily met.

§ a significant number of participants asked for regular meetings of this nature;
§ several participants wanted to work with Tarne Rom association like intermediattor between Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social protection
§ the pressure put on participants was too high - one participant said that “we can resolve a lot, but not so fast”;
