How can partnerships help reduce
crime? Who should be involved in these partnerships and how can they be
implemented successfully? A partnership approach to crime prevention addresses all of these questions drawing on case studies, in particular from the United Kingdom, the United States and France The first part of this booklet explores the meaning of partnerships in the crime prevention context, and then looks at problems that might be encountered, including cost-related ones. The second part gives practical advice on how partnerships can be made to work successfully.
