UNICEF’s End violence against children initiative launched |

31 July 2013: Unicef has today launched a global initiative to end violence against children. This is a new communication initiative for country-level action in partnership with all those who are spearheading work to prevent the rising tide of violence against children and young women, the aim is to promote long-term sustained action. After the launch, another key date in the initiative will be 2 October 2013 to mark the International Day of Non-Violence. Unicef site dedicated to the initiative
