Albania signed the Convention on the Legal Status of Children born out of Wedlock and the Convention on the Exercise of Children's Rights

On 20 January 2011 Albania signed two important Council of Europe Conventions related to children :

1- The European Convention on the Legal Status of Children born out of Wedlock and

2- The European Convention on the Exercise of Children's Rights

 The signing of these agreements demonstrates the progress in the commitment of Albania with regard to child protection
