Newly elected Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights

Strasbourg, 25.01.2012: Mr Nils Muižnieks from Latvia has been elected as third Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights by the Organisation’s Parliamentary Assembly (PACE).
