Two other key Council of Europe Conventions contain important provisions to combat specific forms of sexual violence against children: The Council of Europe Guidelines on Child Friendly Justice adopted on 17 November 2010 provide guidance on how to secure access and participation of children in judicial procedures, be it administrative, criminal or civil procedures.

Two interesting texts concerning children in institutions are:
