Proceedings of Seminars and Conferences The Council of Europe Campaign to Combat Trafficking in Human Beings was launched in 2006 under the slogan Human being – not for sale. The Campaign aimed to raise awareness, among governments, parliamentarians, local and regional authorities, NGOs and civil society, of the extent of the problem of trafficking in human beings in Europe today. A large number of seminars and conferences were organised in the context of this Campaign.
	Trafficking in Human Beings : Interet Recruitment This aim of this study and its preparatory seminar was to learn more about the different methods used by traffickers to recruit their victims via the internet in order to propose appropriate legal, administrative and technical measures and more effective and better targeted awareness-raising.
