Workshop on National Legislation on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters and Strategy for Development of Educational Programs, Zagreb, 31 May 2006
The compatibility of the current legislation on mutual assistance in criminal matters with the relevant European legal instruments will be discussed by officials from the Ministry of Justice, Supreme Court, General Prosecutor's Office, USKOK, Interpol/ Ministry of Interior and Judicial Academy together with Council of Europe experts. The meeting will take place in Zagreb on 31 May.
They will also exchange views on how to increase the efficiency of institutions dealing with mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and develop educational programs in this field.
