Secretary General Jagland in Moscow for talks
Strasbourg, 07.07.2010 – Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland is in Moscow to attend the Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for spatial/regional planning, held at Moscow’s World Trade Center on 8-9 July. During his visit, he will also meet with senior Russian officials, including the Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.
