Liviu Nicolae Dragnea addresses Congress Session  [31/10/2013]

In his address to the Session of the Congress on 30 October 2013 in Strasbourg, France, Liviu Nicolae Dragnea, Romanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration, presented the process of regionalisation under way in his country and the reforms to local and regional administration implemented by his government. �I am gratified by the constant support of the Council of Europe since Romania�s accession 20 years ago. Exemplary co-operation is put in place today to guide the country in its process of regionalisation,� he declared.
