Liviu Nicolae Dragnea addresses Congress Session

In his address to the Session of the Congress on 30 October 2013 in Strasbourg, France, Liviu Nicolae Dragnea, Romanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration, presented the process of regionalisation under way in his country and the reforms to local and regional administration implemented by his government. “I am gratified by the constant support of the Council of Europe since Romania’s accession 20 years ago. Exemplary co-operation is put in place today to guide the country in its process of regionalisation,” he declared.

S’adressant à la Session du Congrès le 30 octobre 2013 à Strasbourg, France, Liviu Nicolae Dragnea, Vice-premier Ministre roumain et Ministre du développement régional et de l’administration publique a présenté le processus de régionalisation en cours dans son pays et les réformes de l’administration territoriales mises en œuvre par son gouvernement. «Je me félicite du soutien constant du Conseil de l’Europe depuis l’adhésion de la Roumanie il y a de cela 20 ans. Une coopération exemplaire est aujourd’hui mise en place pour accompagner le pays dans son processus de régionalisation ». a-t-il ajouté.
