Nataliya Romanova: �Our work must focus on the impact of the crises on the regionalization process�  [30/10/2013]

�Our Chamber of Regions should pay particular attention to promote the regionalisation process, help regions improve economic effectiveness via good governance methods and consider the origin and consequences of the recent trends in regional nationalism� stated Nataliya Romanova, President of the Chamber of Regions of the Congress in her communication to the 25th Session on 30 October 2013 in Strasbourg, France. The Chamber will keep on contributing to the implementation of the Congress� priorities 2013-2016 and developing the cooperation with the European regional associations to strengthen the political dimension of the regional level. Two reports are on the agenda of this session: �Report on regions with special status� and �Report on migrant�s access to regional labour markets�, as well as a round table on �The regionalization and devolution in Europe in a context of economic crises�.

''Notre Chambre doit accorder une attention particuli�re � la promotion de la r�gionalisation, aider les r�gions � am�liorer leur efficacit� �conomique gr�ce � des m�thodes de bonne gouvernance et r�fl�chir � l�origine et aux cons�quences des �volutions r�centes en mati�re de nationalisme r�gional '', a d�clar� Nataliya Romanova, Pr�sidente de la Chambre des r�gions du Congr�s, dans sa communication de la 25e Session, le 30 octobre 2013 � Strasbourg (France). La Chambre entend continuer de contribuer � la mise en �uvre des priorit�s 2013-2016 du Congr�s et de coop�rer avec les associations r�gionales europ�ennes au renforcement de la dimension politique du niveau r�gional. Deux rapports figurent � l�ordre du jour de cette session : l�un sur � Les r�gions et territoires � statut particulier �, l�autre sur '' L�acc�s des migrants au march� du travail r�gional ''. Nous aurons en outre une table ronde sur le th�me '' R�gionalisation et d�centralisation en Europe dans un contexte de crise �conomique ''.
