The 24th Session of the Congress will take place from 19 to 21st March 2013 in Strasbourg (France). To participate in the Session, registrations must be validated on the Online Registration Website. This website is intended for all participants of the Session: representatives, substitutes, secretaries of delegations and members of other organisations. It includes pages dedicated to online registration as well as practical information. To register, fill in and validate the registration forms.

Ce site est destiné à tous les participants à la Session : représentants, suppléants, secrétaires de délégations et membres d’autres organisations. Il comprend un espace dédié aux inscriptions en ligne, ainsi que des informations pratiques. Pour s'inscrire, il suffit de compléter et valider les formulaires prévus à cet effet.
