The Congress Working Group on Inter-regional Co-operation (GT-CIR) will hold a meeting in Overijssel (The Netherlands), on 2 September. Items on the agenda include the presentation of the draft report on the state of transfrontier co-operation in Europe by its rapporteur Karl-Heinz Lambertz (Belgium, SOC). A draft resolution and recommendation on this theme will be submitted for adoption at the next Congress Session (13-15 October). The Group will also discuss the functioning of the Congress Euroregions and will make a comparaison with similar structures.

Le Groupe de Travail sur la Coopération interrégionale du Congrès (GT-CIR) se reunira à Overijssel (Pays-Bas), le 2 septembre. Parmi les points à l’ordre du jour figurent la présentation du projet de rappport sur l’état de la coopération transfrontalière en Europe par son rapporteur Karl-Heinz Lambertz (Belgique, SOC). Des projets de résolution et de recommandation sur ce thème seront discutés lors de la prochaine session du Congrès (13-15 octobre). Le Groupe examinera également le fonctionnement des Eurorégions du Congrès en comparaison avec des structures similaires.
