Published fortnightly, Viewpoints are not intended to be
comprehensive reports, but rather articles defining topics which
the Commissioner has been confronted with and feels important to
address.
The intention is not to cover all aspects of the subject
chosen, but to raise important issues and give ideas on possible
concrete action to undertake.
Viewpoints can be re-published in newspapers or on the internet without
our prior consent, provided that the text is not modified and the original
source is indicated in the following way: "Also available at the Commissioner's
