Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution.
RSS enables you to see when websites have added new content and to receive these updates directly to your computer.
How can I access a RSS feed ?
Click on the title of the content area that you would like to subscribe
to, then cut and paste the hyperlink in your RSS reader.
Web browsers such as
Internet
Explorer 7, Mozilla
Firefox and Opera
automatically check for feeds for you when you visit a website, and
display an icon when they find one, thus making it easier to subscribe
to feeds.
