F.M. Alexander Technique

Would you like to get rid of your back and postural problems, your diseases; to better manage your stress and its impact; to prevent conditions associated with undue tension and poor posture; to raise the level of your performances; to develop self-awareness, self-reliance to perform your daily activities in a satisfactory way and be more at ease in whatever you do?

Contact or Sylvia Wetz (03 88 34 06 57 or 06 12 05 80 00)

Presentation

The F.M. Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method for self-help in which you learn to improve your posture and your coordination. This helps you to become more aware and more in control of your body and your mind. Awakening and well-being are direct consequences of this work.
