Children’s Christmas Party, Royal Palace Kirrwiller, 12 December 2010

Instructions

Some 700 children and parents have registered for the Christmas Party on Sunday 12 December 2010 taking place at the Royal Palace in Kirrwiller.

As a reminder, please find hereafter instructions for collecting your entrance tickets in the different buildings of the Council of Europe :

- Palais: Thursday 2, Friday 3, Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 December from 12.15 to 2 pm, in the corridor leading to the cafeteria;
- Agora : Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 December from 12.15 to 2 pm, (entrance hall);
- Human Rights Building: Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 December from 12.15 to 2 pm (entrance hall);
- EDQM: Tuesday 7 December from 12.15 to 2 pm (entrance hall).

When confirming your registration you must settle the full amount by cheque made out to the Council of Europe Staff Amicale. Cash will not be accepted.

To guarantee the smooth running of the outing, please respect the following instructions:

· For those of you travelling by bus: Participants are requested to be in front of the main entrance of the Palais on Sunday 12 December 2010 at 3.15 pm. Please note that the buses will leave on time. There will be one main supervisor in every bus. Buses will be numbered, so make sure to get on the same bus on the way back to the Palais.
Participants are requested to be back at the buses immediately after the show. We are expected to arrive back at the Palais around 8.45 pm. Parents waiting for their children should be on time.

· For those of you travelling by car: Make sure to be in Kirrwiller for 4.30 pm at the latest, for the beginning of the show.

· Make sure you don’t forget your entrance ticket (not refundable) which gives you access to the Royal Palace and the bus.
