Presentation by Mr Stanislas FROSSARD, Executive Secretary of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS) concerning a draft International Convention on arranged competitions. The CCPE could be invited to appoint one of his members to assist to the next meetings of the drafting group, in particular the specialised meeting on the questions on "Law enforcement" of 15-17 January 2013 and the next meeting of the APES on 20-22 March 2013.

5. Preparation of Opinion No.(2013)8 of the CCPE
In accordance with its terms of reference for 2012 and 2013, the CCPE has to adopt in 2013 an Opinion on the relations between prosecutors and the media.
The CCPE should decide whether it is useful to adopt a questionnaire on this topic.

6. Election of the President and Vice-President
According to Resolution Res(2011)24, the CCPE shall proceed with the election of its Chair and Vice-Chair.
During the last plenary meeting of the CCPE, Mr João Manuel da SILVA MIGUEL (Portugal) and Mr Antonio MURA (Italy) were re-elected respectively Chair and Vice-Chair of the CCPE for 2012. Their respective terms of office cannot be renewed.
Any member wishing to put forward his/her candidature must inform the Secretariat about it before 26 November 2012, 17.00 in writing.
7. Election of one member of the Bureau
According to Resolution Res(2011)24, the CCPE shall proceed with the partial election of its Bureau.
During the last plenary meeting of the CCPE, Mr Cédric VISART DE BOCARME (Belgium) was elected member of the Bureau for 2012 and 2013. Mrs Raija TOIVIAINEN (Finland) was member of the Bureau from 2009 to 2012 and she cannot be re-elected. The election will therefore concern only one member of the Bureau.
Any other member wishing to put forward his/her candidature must inform the Secretariat about it before 26 November 2012, 17.00 in writing.
8. Election of the members of the CCPE-GT for 2013
According to Resolution Res(2011)24 (“Where necessary, in order to expedite the progress of their work, committees may entrust a rapporteur or a limited number of committee members with a specific task to be fulfilled by their next meeting, using primarily information technologies”), the CCPE can decide to set up a Working Group which will be entrusted with the preparation, before its 8th plenary meeting, of the draft Opinion for 2013. The members of the Bureau of the CCPE will also attend the CCPE-GT meetings.
The CCPE should entrust its Bureau with the designation of the Working Group members on the basis of the list of candidates which will be prepared by the Secretariat.
Any member of the CCPE wishing to become member of the 2013 Working Group must inform the Secretariat in writing during the plenary meeting.
