Election of Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights goes to second round [04/10/2005]
The second round of the election will take place on Wednesday 5 October. The three candidates are
Thomas Hammarberg (Sweden), Marek Antoni Nowicki (Poland) and Marc Verwilghen (Belgium).
