Prevention of Terrorism: draft Convention submitted to comments [09/03/2005]

Following the 7th meeting of CODEXTER (7-11 February 2005), the draft convention for the prevention of terrorism is now public and interested organisations are invited to submit any comments they may have regarding this text to: gmt@coe.int . The latest version of the draft Convention, adopted at the 8th meeting (28 February-4 March 2005), takes into consideration the opinions provided by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the Commissioner for Human Rights and civil society.

Prévention du terrorisme : projet de convention soumis à commentaire [09/03/2005]

Suite à la 7ème réunion du CODEXTER (7-11 février 2005) le projet de convention pour la prévention du terrorisme est maintenant public et les organisations intéressées sont invitées à soumettre tout commentaire sur ce texte à: gmt@coe.int . La dernière version du projet de Convention adoptée lors de la 8ème réunion du Comité (28 février-4 mars 2005), prend en compte les avis fournis par l’Assemblée parlementaire du Conseil de l’Europe, par le Commissaire aux Droits de l’Homme et par la société civile.
