Speaking at the signature of the partnership agreement between the Council of Europe and the Roma and Travellers Forum today in Strasbourg, the Secretary General said: ''At the Council of Europe we are proud that both Finland and the representatives of Roma and Travellers have entrusted us with the responsibility of bringing the initiative of Tarja Halonen, President of Finland, to fruition.
