During a recent visit to Romania, the Council of Europe Anti-Torture Committee focused on the current situation of patients at Poiana Mare Psychiatrist Hospital. Particular attention was paid to the issue of mortality at the hospital.

Lors d'une récente visite en Roumanie, le Comité Anti-Torture du Conseil de l'Europe s'est penché sur la situation actuelle des patients à l’hôpital psychiatrique de Poiana Mare. Une attention particulière a été portée à la question de la mortalité au sein de l’hôpital.
