The implementation of the ''Standards for Kosovo'' is the key to achieving stability [29/04/2004]
Following the proposals made by British rapporteur Tony Lloyd (SOC), the Assembly called on the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo to make the implementation of the ''Standards for Kosovo'' a priority and to ensure the full participation of the Kosovo political leaders and the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in this process.

Se référant aux propositions du rapporteur britannique Tony Lloyd (SOC), l’Assemblée a appelé aujourd’hui la Mission intérimaire des Nations Unies au Kosovo (MINUK) à faire de la mise en oeuvre des ''Normes pour le Kosovo'' une priorité, et de veiller à la participation pleine et entière des responsables politiques du Kosovo et des Institutions provisoires autonomes à ce processus.
