Peter Schieder (Austria, SOC) was re-elected President for another year. The Assembly also voted in three new Vice-Presidents: Daniela Filipiová representing the Czech Republic, Hanne Severinsen representing Denmark and Mikko Elo representing Finland.

Peter Schieder réélu président de l’Assemblée pour un an [26/01/2004]
Le président Peter Schieder (Autriche, SOC) a été reconduit dans son mandat pour un an. L’Assemblée a en outre élu trois nouveaux vice-présidents: Daniela Filipiova pour la République tchèque, Hanne Severinsen pour le Danemark et Mikko Elo pour la Finlande.
