Hearing on a collective complaint v. France [29/09/2003]
The European Committee of Social Rights will hold a public hearing in Strasbourg on Monday 29 September. The complainant - International Association Autism Europe - alleges insufficient educational provision for autistic persons constituting a violation of the Revised European Social Charter. The hearing will take place at 2.30 pm in Hearing Room 2 of the Human Rights Building.

Audition sur une réclamation collective contre la France [29/09/2003]
Le Comité européen des droits sociaux tiendra une audition publique le lundi 29 septembre à Strasbourg. La partie plaignante - l'Association internationale Autisme Europe - allègue que les carences de prise en charge éducative des personnes autistes constituent une violation de la Charte sociale européenne révisée. L'audition se tiendra à 14h30, dans la salle d'audience 2, du Palais des Droits de l'homme.
