HR Court: non violation in a case of defamation concerning Denmark [19/06/2003]
The European Court of Human Rights has notified in writing a judgement in the case of Pedersen and Baadsgaard v. Denmark. The Court held that there was no violation of the right to freedom of expression in that the two applicants - both journalists with Danish radio - were charged with defamation.

Cour DH : non-violation dans une affaire de diffamation concernant le Danemark [19/06/2003]
La Cour européenne des Droits de l’Homme a communiqué par écrit son arrêt dans l’affaire Pedersen et Baadsgaard c. Danemark. La Cour a estimé que l’inculpation des requérants, deux journalistes de Danmarks Radio, pour diffamation n’a pas violé leur droit à la liberté d’expression.
