Vladimir Kalamanov, the Russian President's Special Representative for Human Rights in Chechnya (photo) had a meeting with the Secretary General Walter Schwimmer and an exchange of views with the Committee of Ministers' Deputies, during his visit to Strasbourg on 6 and 7 December.
