Archaeological heritage conservation: Ten birthday candles for the ''Valetta Convention'' [04/10/2002]
The tenth anniversary of the Council of Europe’s Convention for the preservation of the archaeological heritage is celebrated today in Strasbourg. This Convention asks states to set up a legal system for the protection of archaeological heritage, to make an inventory of archaeological sites and to list protected monuments and sites.

Protection du patrimoine archéologique : 10 bougies pour la ''Convention de La Valette'' [04/10/2002]
Le dixième anniversaire de la Convention du Conseil de l’Europe pour la préservation du patrimoine archéologique est célébré aujourd'hui, à Strasbourg. Cette Convention demande aux Etats d’instaurer un système juridique de protection du patrimoine archéologique, d’établir des inventaires des sites et de classer les monuments et les zones protégées.
