European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Vice President addressed the Assembly on 6 October, highlighting how ''the recovery from the financial crisis remains sluggish, protracted, and far from secure''. Former Czech Prime Minister underlined that Emerging Europe needs a ''New Growth Agenda'', which can lead to a more stable and sustainable growth.

''Assurer la reprise après avoir fait face à la crise'', préconise Jan Fischer [06/10/2010]
Le vice-président de la Banque européenne pour la reconstruction et le développement (BERD) s'est adressé le 6 octobre à l'APCE, en soulignant combien ''la reprise, après la crise financière, demeure molle, longue et très incertaine''. L'ancien Premier ministre tchèque a insisté sur le fait que l'Europe émergente avait besoin d'un nouveau calendrier de la croissance, susceptible de donner naissance à une croissance plus stable et plus durable.
