Observation of municipal elections in Azerbaijan [19/03/2010]
The Congress adopted a report, a resolution and a recommendation today in Strasbourg within the framework of a debate on the municipal elections held in Azerbaijan on 23 December 2009. The report, presented by Francis Lec, Vice-president of the Conseil Général of the Somme département (France), reiterates the wish to see the country establish a broad pluralism of information and release arrested journalists.

L’observation des élections municipales en Azerbaïdjan [19/03/2010]
Dans le cadre d’un débat sur les élections municipales en Azerbaïdjan du 23 décembre 2009, le Congrès a adopté un rapport, une résolution et une recommandation, le 18 mars. Le rapport, présenté par Francis Lec, Vice-président du Conseil Général de la Somme (France) maintient le souhait de voir établir également un large pluralisme de l’information et de procéder à la libération des journalistes emprisonnés.
